Document And Information Required Registration Of Society/Ngo

• Minimum number of members 7 (in the case of state label).
• Minimum number of members 8 from different state (in the case of national label).
• No blood relation between members of society.
• Name of society.
• Object of society.
• Two photographs of all members.
• Copy of PAN card of all members.
• Copy of residence proof with original of all desirous person
• OWNERSHIP PROOF OF REGISTERED OFFICE OF THE SOCIETY WITH ID PROOF OF OWNER.
    (i) ELECTRICITY BILL OR
    (ii) WATER BILL OR
    (iii) HOUSE TAX RECEIPT OR
    (iv) PROPERTY REGISTERD DOCUMENT
• Owner ID proof with original
• Time period 45 working days

Requirements For Trust Registration

• Two Members(one being Settler AND one being Trustee)

  A) Mandatory requirements in case of settler (all documents must be in original)
    1. Adhar card
    2. Pan card
    3. Address proof
    4. Three photos

  B) Optional requirements in case of trustee (all documents must be in original)
    1. Adhar card
    2. Pan card
    3. Address proof
    4. Three photos

• Object of the trust
• Name of the trust
• Address of registered office of the trust
• Share capital of the trust
• Electricity bill
• NOC from landlord
• Two witness of trust with their id proofs(any of the following given below)
    1. Pan card
    2. Voter id
    3. Driving license

• Settler, trustee and two witness must be present before registrar at the time of registration
• documents of property
    1. Sale deed OR Allotment letter OR Transfer deed
